Description:

A foundational Pilates exercise that promotes spinal mobility and alignment. From a neutral all-fours position, one arm threads under the body toward the opposite side, then lifts up to the ceiling. Focus on maintaining alignment and using oppositional forces—press the heel and hand into the floor for support. Ideal for reviving the spine and improving rotation with control.
