Session 5
The Feet & Toes exercise series is an essential component often overlooked. It’s designed to mobilize, strengthen, and release tension in the feet and toes. As the body part that bears our weight and supports us throughout life, the feet are often the least cared for, fully being neglected until they start hurting. Yet, the sooner we care for them, the better we age and maintain balance, avoiding bunions and other feet issues. Happy feet equal a happy body.
Practice the Feet and Toes series 1–3 times a week, ideally every other day, to improve foot and toes mobility and overall body connection. This essential routine enhances flexibility and strength in the feet and toes, reducing aches and discomfort while supporting a healthy gait. By prioritizing the care of your feet, you ensure long-term functionality, balance, and well-being as you age. Keep your feet happy and start moving them with more consciousness.
