Instead of just “going to a workout,” I invite you to ask yourself:

– Do you know where your body is today in its cycle of recovery, stability, and performance?
– Do you know what you’re investing in when you move?
– Is your movement serving your body — or wearing it down?

The model I share in this episode is made up of three key segments, which I call allocations
This strategy has helped me understand not just how to exercise, but why — and what my body really needs in every moment.
